Yes, some investors simply wait till the contracts are signed and are happy to pay more for the share price. It feels like investors are slowly getting in coz the good news keeps coming in.
Don't forget DTZ is not only about covid 19 tests. I'm glad DTZ wants to have these tests out there coz this is good advertising for the company and the tech.
