I agree details of agreement were announced in March ,but it required completion dotting the i 's and crossing the T's as per statement in announcement .
"Completion is expected in the June Quarter 2021 and is subject to standard conditions precedent for a transaction of this nature including execution of deeds of assignment with the continuing parties.."
I think anytime we get $4mil in the bank it's worth saying price sensitive ,as is evidenced by todays share result on the SP
