But meantion that these things are complicated and very complex with all the issues n highlights it gets.

it will take longer than normal applications. Also the normal time frame for pepp 11 is 8 months.

also the two minister have to agree or k.p. can go.over j.b but will take even longer. Hence normal time frame is 8 months.

so for two minister coming together agreement might take 8 months unless k.p just goes over j.b head because his taking too long.

j.b can delay it as long as he wants but its upto k.p to pull the tigger n say enough is enough.

yet the timetable is putting to October.

dose anyone have any facts to prove it will be sooner?
No i guess not. The only data we have is the old applications and the process of it all.
