One concept I have thought about is that Breeze may want the second application to sit in "Further information required" until Keith Pitt makes a decision on the first application. But... it might be possible Keith Pitt wants the second application before making any decision.

If the wait plays on past May, then I assume it is either for the election, or Keith Pitt is waiting for the second application.

NOPTA force you to submit the further information though, I think they give you 20-30days, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

The big tell will be if the second application hits the Joint Authority in 20-30days, that is definitely a signal for me to buy.
