I like your optimism but we aren't the first country to have the idea, I believe there are quite a few countries/companies investing in green & blue Hydrogen & there will be many more to come. Yes it's an abundant element but it's also consumes a lot of with electrolysis, there are many reasons we would like green hydrogen to be the way to go but it also needs to be economical & viable. There will be funding available but the feasibility studies will go a long way in determining how viable it is and how much funding it will attract naturally.
Hydrogen will play it's part I believe but the markets and manufacturers are saying the battery era is going to dominate Hydrogen for market share in the foreseeable future. There's some interesting info out there on Hydrogen so don't get caught up ramping and putting fomo into traders minds.
I strongly suggest investors DYOR and not pay too much attention to uninformative ramping.
