I agree with this. Ocean Onyx sat idle in Port Phillip Bay for basically the whole of 2020 and some of 2021 for one reason only, COVID. If the JA had handed down in October 2020, no rig could have been booked, no enviro prep could have been done etc etc. With this new info coming to light on the Y4 timeframe, the COVID app has heightened in significance.
