Would be nice to know on what grounds they appeal. From a medical (and therefore) causal perspective seems like they're clutching at straws. I am a medico and therefore the legal technicalities are unfamiliar. I wonder whether @PortfolioPlus has any further input r.e. possible legal technicalities that may be applicable.

IMO they seem to just be trying to wear down the opponent: pity it ain't America (from their perspective). We have somehow retained some modicum of logic in our institutions and I assume the courts will uphold a very 'straightforward' case.
