Just looking at today's ann , and I am thinking , WHY ect don't make a 20/1 consolidation ??
Are they up to something ?
They claim ... sophisticated and professional investors to inject $1.5 millions .
How ? , and on what base ?.
IMO ....99.999 % , must be something taking shape behind scenes
