The news already got factored in to the SP last week when the rumour went around that it wouldn't get approved. Hence why it didn't budge today on the so called "bad news"! Even if PBH does get a skin for NY, handing over 50% of profit to the state isn't ideal. Cuomo has essentially wiped out NY as the "Big Ticket" state!
