there website- provided by Blue in an earlier post today- is very informative. they have been pivotal in a number of mining transactions from Joint venture negotiations, project and corporate finance, debt restructuring etc. Looking at the transactions they have been involved with, they seem well placed to guide COB towards either, as JK stated, a debt/ equity arrangement or JV
