@Flambeau Nearly. The BPH pro-rata of the Advent issue is $1.5M => 32.5% (assuming all others lapse) so cash is not less than $10M. There have been some BPHOA conversions too that have bought in some more $$$ but $10M is good enough for the purpose of this exercise.
