IMO Everything that beach is doing suggests it wants both TDO and DLS . Going to courts over DLS. Reserving right to waive condition re not issuing DLS script etc. If DLS succeeds with TDO it will be so much easerfor BPT to take over DLS as disgruntled TDO holders, who end up with DLS stock are more likely to accept DLS bid. It would not supprise me if increased buying for TDO is not BPT friendly to help DLS take over TDO.
