I'm not sure, I think what it is, is housekeeping. Will have to check the accounts but I was thinking that they will have authorised share capital and actual issued. This in effect places some of that difference in ARDS should they choose to issue to raise money. It states if I have read it correctly that the terms of such offering will be in the prospectus at the time of the offering. So nothing relevant now but getting it in line in case. I cannot see them issuing anything until we have some good news, but there was some talk by SI of going it alone for CLBP. I expect one of the more knowledgeable posters will give us chapter and verse.
