I suspect they will need much thicker intersections (and/or much higher grades) than they are reporting thus far for it to be anywhere near economic. From memory the rule of thumb is a deep deposit (below 150-200m depth) must be circa 6g/t Au roughly, as that is the breakeven rule of thumb for any standard underground mine.
So you would need a lot of massively thick intersections to justify a case to build a mine down 300-500m to it at current grades.
As a reminder Havieron had a 277m intersection at 4.77 G/t Au and 0.4% Cu. Depth was similar.
Minyari thus far has 23m at 4.53 g/t gold, 0.41% copper
So Havieron intersections are up to 10X thicker
Thats not to say that subsequent drilling by Co will not uncover something similar to Havieron only to say whats discovered so far is unlikely to be viable without massive increases in intersection width.
Just my opinion is all will fence sit and keep an eye on it though.
Best of luck all holders with future drilling.
