The market just saw the name invigo and loan and thought nothing of it. It is not a big name. I often find the market catches in with surface annoucements and misses the substantial ones. There was a lot of detail in the ANN, and the implications are probably not quite clear enough. Of course once it is spelled out, it is substantial,@BootBoot summarised it well above.

An example. Just last week, another one of my stocks, put out an ANN with the name eBay in it, even though it was only a MOU, it soared about 30%. They followed up with another Ann that covered a contract with a substantialinternational player (though not a well known name), stock went up 10%. I have no doubt the second deal is worth much much more to our company.

That's why, I ignore other posters here who said, the market has ignored this Ann, etc, The market doesn't know yet, but it will catch up to the substance.
