No 1. 80% chance that it's a acquisition small or large,NMS with lange have made it quite clear that they're strategy is to expand and the only way to do that is through acquisitions.

No 2. 15% chance of a takeover,why ????
NMS has excellent marine services,which would complement any large players,NMS would be an excellent asset to have.
However $500 million takeover would be $1.50 to $1.80,who's a likely buyer ???????

No 3. 5% chance that it's capital raising.
