I think you have nailed it. Compliance issue was more than likely reported to the ASX. I wouldn't want to speculate on who is responsible as it could be competitors, shareholders, former shareholders or just self-annointed compliance warriors.
It's a little bit embarrassing today but will be quickly forgotten. I have confidence in the numbers presented in the DFS notwithstanding the compliance 'matter'.
