China has control of 95% of REE.
A China company embeds with GGG, unless I am wrong the processing was to take place in China at the start of this. So China still in somewhat control of the REE.
Later talk of the processing moving into the EU.
Close to the ML and the leadership (caused by one person) magically blows up and forces an election.
Now it appears no one gets the prize and China still has control.
So what's the roadmap from here?, page-85
