"I have just spoken to Norm and without divolging all of what was said, but in essence the lawyers remain bullish on a win, but that remains in the hands of the court. The plaintiff can still fold at this stage.
It will be hopefully finalized on Tuesday next week and renewal should get resolved as well on a good outcome.

Al , your 2 posts above have me a little confused .
I think your logic ends up suggesting that there is absolutely no chance that there will be an out of court settlement. Is that what you are saying?
