The condition was they had to 1,find an investor who would provide $300,000 to enable two mining leases to be acquired.2, Via brokers, obtain up to 150 additional shareholders to enable MMX to regain ASX listing. 3, Providing both 1 and 2 were achieved MMX had to give them a %5 intrrest in the Jack Hills mining lease.
