    An ASX major shareholders notice of 27 May 2009 states that Awal Bank has just taken a 22% interest in COI. The notice is signed off by Maan A Al-Sanla.

    Looks like the Arabs are looking to invest in energy provinces of other countries while they refuse to allow us to invest in theirs.
