Biggest drama is house prices have gone from 3 times the average wage to 7,8,9 times the average wage. And that's across the board not just in the flashier suburbs.
That's what kills young people these days. I do feel sorry for them.
I actually remember putting $10k into a term deposit at 18%. Everyone else was, rightfully, spitting chips.
