they are discounted but they are older product, less than a year until expiry.
I noticed the focus was on discounting the a2-1 tins, I think they are trying to attract new mums which is the most lucrative as they would most likely continue to buy up to 3 to 4 years old.
These sales would be very high margin as a2 sell the tins for close to NZ 50 each as opposed to circa $25 wholesale( pre GST) in Australia.
cut out the middle man and ship directly to China.
