Weird that TAH thinking about offloading the Lotteries section, thought that it was quite profitable for them, especially with JIN doing their dirty works. But even if TAH offload Lotteries, whoever picked it up would love to have the current deal with JIN since it is a win-lose situation.
Yeah, SaaS could be JIN's way out of this Toxic relationship, but I think it is still too early since the revenue contribution from SaaS is not yet material. But who knows, one big contract from the US could change everything!!
