Hi @vcubitt sorry I missed this post while typing one of my own. I agree with most of what you said. My two concerns are (a) if MMR get PDF status back, then they are capped in terms of exposure to Advent, and (b) timing, can they move as quickly as Advent with respect to both their re-instatement/recapitalisation and resolution of the PDF status. If MMR were more forthcoming about why the ASX isn't allowing re-instatement to trading, it could mitigate or validate my concerns but at this point nobody is willing to share that information with MMR SH. For me, I count MMR as out of the picture. I don' t believe David is banking on their participation to make PEP11 fly, he will, and needs, to have alternative strategies in place.
