I am a small investor, I have been following the HCT reviews and comments. Pl advise if there are legal proceedings being taken against the Company or its officers in Malaysia. If that is the case, the Company should make an announcement, as well as indicate what it is doing about the matter.
Second, recent comments about the US JV needs clarification. The company needs to be more transparent and give its shareholders clearer picture of its corporate and business dealings.
Thirdly, as a Listed Company, there is higher expectations for priper disclosures.
