morningstar are usually optimisic with their forecasts, for them to put a 16 cent rating on AVZ when its SP is currently 19 cents is a real worry.
those touting, who listens to them... are also the first to quote them when it suits then, aka when AVZ SP *was* 6 cents, and they quoted 16 cents -- buyer beware.
