Yes @Rameez but they blamed the lenders instead of themselves for being in that position!
Fact: ADO wouldn't have been vulnerable to lenders if it was better managed early on. It's not ancient history because decisions made early certainly do affect the present.
But the solution of shareholders in here?
Blame the lenders. Blame anyone questioning as disloyal. This is a footy team, so cheer on... etc.
I think ADO can still recover to a point, but the upside is not what it was purported to be, and the goings-on in here were far from straightforward.
When basic good governance has not been achieved, you get a load of rubbish like it's the fault of the nasty lenders.
