this is an interesting one - for once, there is no hint in the press or industry sites of whats going on - all we know so far (based on woywoys source) is that theres a cap raising on at 50c, but for what purpose, and whether thats part or all of the story, we just dont know.

unless we hear something by noon, id expect we might follow woywoys suggestion of a suspension tomorrow and maybe a few days wait til we know more. the cap raisings of several years ago followed similar paths.
