PJ yeah you'd think so, NXS has great projects ie Longtom and Crux in particular but lack the funding to commercialise them, its ironic really as this is the exact same situation AED foun itself in with Puffin until Sinopec came to the rescue, now AED is helping NXS when it once couldn't even help itself, point is with funding these projects could reall be worth something but the key is they need the bling!
