I wouldn't bet ot either, possibly pls offtake, likely mining licence and definately fid for sp increase.

Forget about, drill results, lab results, Tin ot's, mou's and anything else without derisk potential imo.
Potentially sez as well if that's even still on the table, remember that had its own useless mou.
All imo, it's been pretty evident to me that one needs to limit their expectations and then limit them a bit more for insurance.
