    1% = 10,000 ppm

    JRL's deposit has an average of .132%, or 1,320 ppm
    AVZ's deposit has an average of 1.65%, or 16,500 ppm

    So now you can compare apples with apples.
    All you have to do now is size of deposit, processing cost and transport cost.

    All AVZ's costs are in the DFS
    JRL only has disclosed the drilling results, so not enough info.
