Hi all, I know my last post was good, but a 5% rise in 5 minutes?? 200k volume??
I would like to point out again the long term nature of an investment into LNC. The short termers are 100% focused on the Teresa asset sale. As a long-termer - I am only 80% focused on this (as I know this is their source of funding) I also have a firm belief that if the sale does not go through this year, LNC will still survive - and the value of Teresa can only go up from here as the coal price increases with demand.
All those who waver - have a look at the projections in the BBY report on the LNC website. When priced for one 20000bbl plant, higher oil price, LNC is a 5 bagger. If oil goes to $150-200 and stays there - LNC is a 10 bagger. Expect the above plant to be up and running 3 years after Teresa sale. Within 5 years of starting up their first plant (and it being successful) I would expect LNC could build a second plant producing 100000bbl/d. (using their $1billion/year surplus cashflow) SP predictions on this anyone??
