After re-reading the IPO prospectus and then interpreting this announcement in light of that, I believe that this is a great initial sign of commitment and perseverance of both CSM and the local Newbery community to make this happen.

They have essentially extended their cut off date for termination of their mutual access agreement.

The WA government needs to formally provide a MEP (Mining Entry Permit) to CSM. It is the WA government that is sitting on this. CSM and the local indigenous people who have done the right things in applying for the permit ages ago should be commended for coming to new terms.

Anyway, it's just a matter of time. Unfortunately, that will most likely result in selling off once CSM hits the market. Mining is far to long term for the get rich quick types.
