This is just an administrative action to remove trading restrictions on certain shares that may be used.
“The Cleansing Offer is included primarily for the purposes of section 708A(11) of the Corporations Act to remove any trading restrictions on the sale of securities issued or granted by the Company prior to the Closing Date of the Cleansing Offer.”
