You are correct it is up 400% in 12 months. Would you mind telling me what you saw happening that explains Rise. If you cannot point to specific events how likely is it to hold that gain. REO prices are up nicely according to Lynas Q reports USD 35 to $48 Q2 2019 to Q2 2020. how much do you see that adding.

Yes a trend is always interesting but if you cannot explain why the trend is occurring it is best to stay away. What has happened in last year to justify a 400% increase in price? Details and numbers please not sweeping assumptions.
