The more I think about it the initial post may have merit. I would love to see an updated top 20 shareholders list to see who holds the majority of shares.
This is definately being kept down for some reason. Maybe Shell is trying to keep the SP down for a potential crack at FAR. Maybe another party has ulterior motives. Maybe a source knows the CSEM wasn't so flash they are slowly ridding their holding without scaring the market. So many possibilities, but I certainly like the one scribed in this thread.
