ARM is a last century von Neumann computer which uses 8 or more [2(power n) - 16, 32, 64, 128 ... ] bit bytes. It does not use spiking neural network technology.
Akida does not use von Neumann 8 bit tech.
Akida uses a maximum of 4-bit weights for its neurons and spikes (1 bit) as the inter-layer information transfer between neurons. This is the crux of Akida's power efficiency and speed.
