Think you're missing the point. Sure, it's about what's in the ground, and those rocks won't move, whether MAN start drilling in a week or next quarter, etc. But investors also appreciate communication and updates. Can you tell me now, as we have passed the original timeline for drilling to begin, when we are drilling? Sure, it could be next week, it could be next month, heck, if everything is as backed up as we're hearing - who's saying June isn't a possibility. Right now, it's a shot in the dark, it's poor communication and MAN keep doing it, again and again. I'm invested in another company (PUR) and I can provide a timeline to the end of April of expected announcements for their several tenements. They are constantly keeping investors updated. If a delay happens there, I won't be concerned until bad news breaks, as the Management have been very impressive.
Obviously again, it won't change the impact of the eventual results - it's just poor. I know if I didn't communicate with my clients about changes in timelines, they would be pretty annoyed, especially as many investors turn over a significant amount (yes... I know, at their risk).
