The PD1-VAC trial is a multi site, Phase 1, so does not need US/Australia issues, just registered patients.
I thought they would have dosed more patients at the 50 level, but then knowing that they were seeing antibody activity and then tumour shrinking from 10 micro grams.
I guess they just wanted to get through to compare against the top knowing that in terms of drug quantity we are still operating in the 1,000 time less than competing drug range.
