You are right, they don't need capital under the CURRENT BUSINESS STRUCTURE.

Clearly they have an acquisition in mind, or perhaps several. I personally would have liked to see it done at a higher share price but I'll wait and see what other juicy news there is before I pass judgement.

In past capital raisings they have normally gone into a halt on a Monday morning, and I remember the last one was even reported in the AFR on the Saturday before the trading halt was announced.

The fact that they traded on Monday and then went into a trading halt on Tuesday just adds to the intrigue.

Any chance they may have just secured the mother of all contracts and needed capital up front to cover the initial set up costs? Nah, I'm dreaming aren't I.
