Your sell-to-to-buy-BNL angst? i empathise. I sold a long-held Redfern terrace to finance a life on the road, made a nice profit but watched it re-sell three times and double in price again. Bought into Cochlear 2005-ish, held for a few years, sold at a nice profit to fund a crap marriage ... Cochlear continued to go up at 45 degrees for years later ...
Solution? Easy. i stopped checking Redfern or Cochlear prices.
... but i do feel third time lucky to be into BNL.
