Debt is good but only when you have constant revenue stream identified but here this company management mining for last three years so pre-covid only had one big supply agreement with Xinfa which shows their poor management. Normally management try to have supply agreement with multiple player before even commissioning mine.... so in my opinion biggest catalyst will be change in management obviously with more relevant experienced !
