I don't believe there is any chance of an update unless they have concretised a deal.
The last announcement stated 6 weeks in data room (I don't personally believe that's all it will take-but that's their call). Imagine if they came out now and said, we are thinking of using company 'X', or the strategy is 'y'. This would acknowledge the direction we are taking. This would compromise our negotiating power and alarm potential participants that are involved or those that are thinking of being involved.
