I really cant comment about our JV partners.

Our prospectus shows multiple targets of at least 1mmbl oil/15 bcf gas, in close proximity to existing oil and gas fields (and in some cases between existing oil or gas fields). For examples, see the Low numbers on Sabre, Airacobra and Ventura in the Independant Geologists report.

The number of shares and oppies for Merlin is correct (ok, we'll have 100.6m shares) ; the oppies expire in June '07.

We cant make any projections on what our share price would do on such a discovery.
