Harry- I read an article sometime ago authored by the American Geological Society in which it stated that it was unlikely that NW Africa contained geoligical settings for the discovery of a substantial oil reserve/or words to that effect. Well they have some to the North and South-so y not in middle.This one is a bit like having a bet on a nag- however i guess if you are quick enough you can get off/on depending on its run eh!
