Volt,
I have heard you post before saying that when everyone's declaring victory, is when you believe the rally is over.
Have seen several such declarations today:
1) Jim Cramer of CNBC claiming we are in a bull market. And that he has basically picked every top and bottom in the market to boot.

2) Michael Pascoe at SMH

3) Also received a report from the prop trading guys at Goldmans JB Were that had a picture of a cyclist with arms raised in victory, and a guy behind giving the victor the bird. With the caption claiming the death of the bear.
4) Several broker mates calling/emailing along the lines of "smash those bears". They were sending me the same stuff in Oct/Nov 07 after i told them they may wish to lighten their stock load in mid 07.
Although i think there will be a bit of a breather here, then a further push up - there are certainly plenty of people starting to declare victory
