The article of Mr. Posey was undated but put up by Brainchip on 18 May, 2020 with a series of other articles by this same gentleman. In the paper which will not allow me to copy and paste are the following words:

These words are in relation to the creation of a viable artificial cortical column that will be able to process information and turn it into knowledge for the purpose of predicting future events such as a child being behind a ball that rolls out onto the roadway.

In the podcast between Peter van der Made and the former CEO in February, 2021 at 20.05 Peter van der Made states they have a neo cortex in the lab.

When he recently stepped in to take up the interim position of CEO he apparently stated that the work at the Perth Research Centre was at a stage where he could afford to step back.

Of course this is just wild speculation but it does seem reasonable to expect that the timetable of nine months has been achieved and Brainchip has actually taken another 10 year lead over the rest of the scientific world in the race to Artificial General Intelligence.

In the podcast leading up to 20.5 Peter van der Made makes the point that every other chip on the market is only doing acceleration and that Brainchips current AKD1000 is the only chip that actually is capable of learning on chip which he explains is similar to what the human brain does in that it takes in data and converts it to knowledge from which it learns and can take action.

Peter van der Made states that this has been something the world has been trying to achieve for 70 years and that Brainchip is the first company to actually do it with AKD1000.

My opinion only but if NASA is true to all of its statements that request companies to provide what AKD1000 is the only product that can do as stated by Peter van der Made then there can only be one outcome from the application by Vorago to proceed to Phase 2.

Hi FF, dunno if this has already been mentioned, but it's interesting that on BrainChip's website in the presentation 'How BrainChip is changing the AI landscape' dated May 2020, the Product Roadmap specifies that the label on NSoC in 28nm due in 2020 is 'Akida 2.0 NSoC' - there is no Akida 1.0 NSoC label on the roadmap! Could this mean that the Akida chip going into production (a little later than the roadmap specifies) is Akida 2.0 technology?
