Yes I saw that and I thought the same as you which might be right. But then I thought it is a roadmap.
A roadmap is drawn from where you are at, to where you want to be, so perhaps that is why AKD1000 is not there because they are setting off from AKD1000 heading to the metropolis of AKD2000 before heading to AKD3000/4000.
Not sure what view to take.
My absence of opinion only do your own navigating and research.
