Share your frustrations, @frostieshake. The problem could be the "experts" interviewed may not really understand FLC's business if I am to go with the comments linked above.
FLC has scalability which the other co doesn't, especially at a time China's and the SE Asian countries' rural and municipal markets need to accelerate the take up rates of WWTP's. The only way to do it quickly is via the decentralization model.
